A Money Merge Account is an online, web-based computer program that enables homeowners to pay off their mortgage in as little as 1/3 to 1/2 the time! The program uses mathematical calculations to help you know when to pay additional principal on your mortgage. It does this by analyzing the amount of your expenses and income while taking into account your Home Equity Line of Credit amount and utilizing exisiting banking tools.
